United Parcel Service (UPS) is our standard method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
Most orders ship out via UPS the same business day (M-F) received.
FREE SHIPPING - We pay the UPS ground shipping cost on all orders of $125 or more to destinations within the continental United States (lower 48 states). For shipping other then UPS Ground please contact us so we can figure your bill. Pay Pal wont add those charge in your bill.
There is a $5.95 shipping charge on all orders under $125
to be shipped to destinations within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states).
International orders and orders with personalized dog collar I.D. plates take longer. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost.
Shipments going to APO's, FPO's and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.
Shipping Methods / Options -- Domestic (USA)
- We use UPS Ground to ship to most addresses in the continental US.
- Ground Service is available to Alaska AK, Hawaii HI, and some US Territories, although it is slow and not usually cost effective.
Express Shipping, Next Day and 2-Day Air packages
- On UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day Air shipments we make all efforts to ship the same day you order.
- Orders received after 2 pm CT may not ship until the next Business Day.
- We will contact you if any additional delays are necessary.
- Large, bulky, or heavy items may incur additional express shipping charges. If these charges exceed the "average" by more than 10% you will be contacted via e-mail and/or to approve the shipping charges.
- Please be sure you have provided DAYTIME contact information.

International Shipping Options
- We ship to all US addresses, including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US Territories, as well as all Canadian addresses.
- We do not ship to any other international destinations. All addresses outside of the US48 pay the exact cost of shipping.
- NOTE: When ordering on-line our website applies an average shipping cost for the shipping method you choose. We will adjust the cost before your credit card is charged.

- We ship via UPS and USPS Airmail.
- OUTSIDE THE USA -- FREE Shipping is not available outside of the US48. You pay the exact cost of shipping your Air Package. Since exact cost cannot be determined until your order is ready for shipment and shipping cost vary greatly by destination and weight, the charges shown in the table below and on your invoice represent the "Average Cost" of shipping a sample package using the service you select. Your credit card will be charged exact cost of shipping your order. If your cost exceeds the "average" by more than 15% you will be contacted via e-mail to approve the shipping charges.
Use of Products
All of our products are designed for use in the United States. It is your responsibility to use them in compliance with all local laws. Some restrictions may apply. Not all items can be shipped by all methods or to all addresses.
Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
- DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
- Please e-mail us Here or call us at 417-876-0555 in case of damaged or lost shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchanges, or adjustment. After this date the manufacturers' warranty applies.
